Ticket Buyer Terms of Sale

Effective: March 23, 2026

Three Count LLC · doug@threecount.com · threecount.com

By purchasing tickets through any website powered by Three Count, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who You Are Buying From

Tickets are sold by the event promoter ("Promoter") operating the website through which you made your purchase. Three Count LLC ("Three Count") provides the ticketing platform on behalf of the Promoter but is not the seller of record. Your purchase is a transaction between you and the Promoter.

Three Count processes ticket payments as a technology intermediary using Stripe. Funds are transmitted directly to the Promoter's Stripe account; Three Count does not hold your payment.

2. Payment Processing

All ticket payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing your purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal/consumer-terms). Your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored by Three Count or the Promoter.

Your payment will appear on your statement as a charge from the Promoter (or Stripe on their behalf). The Three Count name may also appear in connection with the transaction.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final unless the Promoter has published a specific refund policy for the event. Three Count does not set or manage refund policies; these are determined solely by the Promoter.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled:

  • Contact the Promoter directly using the contact information provided on their event page
  • Refunds for cancelled events are the responsibility of the Promoter, not Three Count
  • Three Count will cooperate with chargebacks initiated through your bank or credit card issuer for cancelled events

To request a refund, contact the Promoter directly. Three Count customer support cannot process refunds on the Promoter's behalf.

4. Reserved Seating and Seat Holds

If an event offers reserved seating, your selected seats will be held for 10 minutes while you complete checkout. If you do not complete your purchase within that window, your seat selection will be released and made available to other buyers. Three Count is not responsible for seats becoming unavailable due to hold expiration.

Your seat assignment is confirmed only upon successful payment. Your ticket will display your seat location, and your QR code will include your seat label for door check-in.

5. Ticket Delivery and Use

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket(s) with a unique QR code. Present this QR code (digital or printed) at the venue entrance.

  • Do not share or redistribute your QR code — duplicate scans will be rejected
  • Three Count and the Promoter are not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets
  • Each QR code may only be scanned once per event

Ticket resale or transfer may be restricted by the Promoter. Check the event page for resale policies.

6. Event Changes and Promoter Responsibility

The Promoter is solely responsible for the event, including the card, venue, date, performers, and any changes thereto. Three Count makes no representations or warranties about any event's content, quality, or delivery.

If an event is modified (match card changes, venue changes, date changes), the Promoter is responsible for notifying ticket holders and determining applicable refund policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREE COUNT'S LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TICKET PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET(S) PURCHASED. THREE COUNT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT.

8. Contact

For questions about a specific event or refunds, contact the Promoter using the contact information on their event page.
